Hello..and welcome to Stalemate's website. This website combines beautiful images, band profiles, news, love and hate to make your heart flutter in the cool breeze. Here you can discover all that your heart desires about the band. You've probably been directed here by a AOL Sn profile of one of these fine boys or that friendly voice on the Music Box-Time After Time-Running demo... thank you for listening to such a wise prophetic voice.

Alright so we know the site sucks but we're planning on putting tabs and lyrics for our originals. Plus we'll put Mp3 shorts for originals on new albums. Count on the classic "Running" band version mp3 coming soon to our site. We also plan on video bits, sound bits, better pics and so forth. Hey, and check out the new logo.^^^^

Also, pics are on their way!! Steve Zamanski took a bunch of digital pictures from our gig at the March of Dimes, he says they came out really well and we're gonna try to obtain them ASAP. We'll also have pics of our equipment, and Maz Robertsons artwork for the new cd will be promptly posted on this website as soon as we determine definate artwork.

In the meantime, big thanks to Mr. Morgan for the air time, Max Robertson for artwork for the next cd, and anyone who burned our demo so that other people could hear it since we ran out of blank cds... It's greatly apreciated.

We also plan on having plug and play samplers (a la rock.com), video clips, audio reviews, a valid introduction. And of course this is going to take a shit load of work so if anyone knows how to do this shit give us a hand, we could use it...If you know what I mean...But seriously we could really use this crap. Thanks again to Mr. Morgan for putting us on the air February 21st at midnight. That was officially the coolest night of Matt DeMello's life hearing one of Stalemate's songs in the same setlist as Nirvana.

We've pretty much made up for lost time since our new album-The Grand Experiment is about 2/5 to about half way done depending on how you look at it. God knows when it will be released. Don't fret cuz we'll be releasing tons of singles between now and then.

In the mean time while you're waiting for the Grand Experiment to be released you can whatch Stalemate members live at the 2004 Lincoln High School Senior Variety Show. Cory will perform "Interstate Love Song" by STP with Matt Jablecki, Bryan Cav, and Fyfe. Matt DeMello will perform "Roadhouse Blues" by the Doors featuring Cory, Bryan, Keith Tucker, and K Pizzle. Also all stalemate members in Vshow Music will perform during "Bridge Over Troubled Water" behind Greg Richards (who rocks). So if you are tired of waiting for the Grand Experiment and wish Stalemate had more upcoming shows just go to variety show March 12,13,14th at LHS and have urself a time.

WHO IS STALEMATE?
Stalemate is a high school band, centered at Lincoln High School in Lincoln, RI (In case u find this site at total random and ur from California or something.) The Band features the talents of Cory Waldron, Tony Contillo, Matt DeMello, Rich Buckley, and Casey Belisle. We are willing to do basically anything from parties to nursing homes, so call us if u like Rock and Roll and want to have a party. Tell us what kind of rock u like (Classic, Grunge, Metal, Punk, whatever) and we'll fill your needs with the best of our talent. If you like our originals, then you'll enjoy us even more.
